mixed feelings about the stay
poor lightingno sink plugs
the room lighting was quite poor (i found it hard to read at night). i also noticed there were no sink plugs, a minor but irritating detail. the absence of a bar was a bit disappointing, given the location in the old city. i would've appreciated a dressing room curtain, considering the glass window opened directly to the corridor. i stayed for 4 nights, and honestly expected slightly more attention to detail.

the staff was attentive from arrival. they helped me with everything needed. the riad is beautifully decorated with traditional moroccan details. the rooftop terrace was great.
the riad can be slightly noisy due to its central location.

The breakfast included traditional Moroccan options and fresh fruit. An airport transfer was booked through the hotel and proved very efficient.
The room was quite dark due to a lack of outside windows. The bed was very soft, I found it too soft and not supportive at all. There was a pool downstairs, but it was not warm enough to swim .

a lovely stay!

i really enjoyed my stay. the breakfast each morning was very generous with changes every day. the riad was also near a busy area, so it was still very calm and appeasing after a long day.
i found that there were no glasses in the room. the lighting was also not great. it made it hard to read at night.

the scent upon arrival was good i was greeted warmly with tea and biscuits the architecture includes a fine central pool the staff displayed kindness and attentiveness throughout my stay. the riad has a beautiful peaceful rooftop perfect. the facilities and the room were really great restaurants with amazing food were available nearby providing convenient local dining options.
i noticed a slight issue the hotel is not accessible by taxi requiring a short walk.

The massage was ok, and the staff were lovely.
The bed was SOOO uncomfortable. The bed sheets also had horrible stains. I found the bath towels very raggy.
